Directions

The surgery is located on Barrack St – the site of Markievicz House. It is the first surgery on the right when you enter the Primary Care Building. There is limited parking available on the surgery grounds.

Dublin road (N4) approach:

Take the right turn signposted N16 Enniskillen/ Manorhamilton.  This turn is at the seventh set of traffic lights when you come along the N4 into Sligo. Go as far as the first roundabout and take the 4th exit, heading back in the direction from which you came. Take the first turn left just before you reach the traffic lights.This will bring you up the hill of Barrack Street. Take the first right into the Primary Care Building grounds. We are the first surgery on the right when you enter the building.

Enniskillen/Manorhamilton Road (N16) approach:

At the first traffic lights, take a right turn onto Ash Lane, (signposted Dublin N4/Lifford N15, the  Sligo Institute of Technology will be on your right). Continue through the small roundabout to the end of the road and turn left just before you reach the traffic lights.  This brings you up the hill of Barrack St. Take the first right into the Primary Care Building grounds. We are the first surgery on the right when you enter the building.

Donegal road approach (N15):

At the second traffic lights turn left, (signposted N16 Enniskillen/Manorhamilton). Go as far as the first roundabout and take the 4th exit, heading back in the direction from which you came. Take the first turn left just before you reach the traffic lights. This brings you up the hill of Barrack St. Take the first right into the Primary Care Building grounds. Town centre approach:

(on foot): from Sligo Post Office: Walk past the Glasshouse Hotel across the river. Cross the road to the Yeats statue. Turn left up Holborn St. Continue for approx 100m, crossing Connaughton road. Take the left fork to Barrack St. The Primary Care Building is just past Markievicz House on the left. We are the first surgery on the right when you enter the building.
