Our nurses are both trained midwives and together with our doctors, we offer medical and emotional support and education to women during all stages of pregnancy as well as postnatal care.
Dr Katie McAnena and Dr Grace Traynor have extensive training and qualifications in providing both peri-menopause and menopause care to women. This includes in-depth consultation, bloods, diagnosis and management of symptoms. This service is available to both patients and non patients of the practice.
.We can now offer free Contraception consultations, prescriptions & services to women aged 17 – 26. This covers all forms of GP led contraception including insertion & removal of: Implanon, IUS – Mirena & Kyleena , IUD – Copper Coil (including for emergency contraception). Lon acting contraceptive device services are available to both patients and non patients of the practice

There are options available to women experiencing continence problems, including physiotherapy. Make an appointment with your doctor if you have concerns.
If you have any concerns regarding your fertility, make an appointment to discuss these with your doctor. We can conduct tests and refer you to a specialist if necessary.
Implanon® Dr McAnena, Dr Traynor & Dr O’Shaughnessy can remove and fit the implanon. This service is available to both patients and non patients of the practice. For more information on the the Implanon click here
